Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 20 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 20 days before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
